Hey, it’s Mike.

I want to take a minute to give you a lay of the land so you can know what to expect and welcome you to the PaceFitness community.

What you’ll find on this page is more about our philosophy on the quickest and easiest ways to get fit.

The first thing I would recommend you do is to download our free guide on The 7 Most Effective Exercises For Building Muscle – where we will show you which exercises you need to be doing if you want to maximize your gains in the gym.

The second thing I recommend you do is to join our email list (on the home page) so you can get our best muscle building and fat burning advice delivered to your inbox each week. As a bonus for joining our email list, we will send you our 3-step process to maximizing muscle growth while avoiding plateaus. (It’s an email mini course, no download required)

The 3 Main Goals Of PaceFitness:

  1. Help you build muscle, burn fat, and get in amazing shape…without killing yourself in the gym 6 days a week or depriving yourself of delicious food.
  2. To bust popular “BroScience” myths that are holding you back from getting the results you want from your fitness routine.
  3. Give you a much better (and science-based) understanding of fitness and how your body works…without confusing you with over complicated details.

By telling you what we stand for and against, our hope is that we’ll attract only the right “like-minded” people into our community.

I think it’s important you START HERE because it will help you determine whether or not PaceFitness a good fit for what you.

If you like what you read here and want to go deeper, then that’s great. If not, that’s totally cool as well.

What Makes Us Different From Other Fitness And Bodybuilding Websites?

You don’t need more information. You need the right information. More than that, you need someone in your corner supporting and encouraging you. That’s what we’re here to do for you – think of us as your online fitness coaches.

If you want the “spend 2 hours per day grinding in the gym just to feel the pump” or “eat 6 meals a day and drink a whey protein shake within 30 minutes after working out” type of information, there are plenty of other generic fitness sites that can provide that “BroScience” type of information.

Here, you’ll find the information we provide is based on scientific exercise studies and proven to produce the best results.

I have spent years reading and analyzing hundreds of these studies in order to perfect my fitness routine and build the physique I always wanted without having to dedicate my life to doing it…

Other fitness experts may have also built a great physique but look at how much time and effort they had to put towards it.

We will give you strategies to help you train smarter and eat the foods you enjoy while still getting great results.

Our ultimate objective is to help you achieve the physique you want – as easily as possible!

Who Is This Site For:

Even though we want to help as many people as possible, this site is not right for everyone. If you’re all about revolving your life around fitness, rather than finding the most efficient ways to achieve your goals, then this site probably isn’t right for you. If you aren’t willing to do the work and are only looking for a “magic pill” solution, then you’re in the wrong place.

PaceFitness is for people that are motivated to lift weights and improve their physique but still want to enjoy life outside the gym.

Here’s What To Do Next:
